Justdial Ltd. is looking for an HR professional to join its Talent Acquisition Group in Hyderabad. The role focuses on end-to-end bulk recruitment for sales positions and is suited to candidates with strong sourcing, screening, vendor coordination, and recruitment closure skills. Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
Job Description
The selected candidate will manage bulk recruitment for sales profiles, coordinate hiring activities with sales managers, engage recruitment vendors, and ensure timely closures against hiring targets. The role requires effective candidate engagement, recruitment MIS management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for sales profiles, including TME, BDE, CIC, and Field Sales roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, recruitment consultants, and social media.
- Conduct telephonic screenings and assess candidates on sales aptitude, negotiation skills, and target orientation.
- Organize walk-in recruitment drives and coordinate interviews with Sales Managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and consultants.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure timely hiring closures against targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales positions.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement skills.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and consultants.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment MIS and tracker management.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
