Reliance Jio is hiring a JC Home Delivery Lead to manage Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations across designated JC locations in Pune. The role involves supervising outbound channels, managing sales agents and promoters, improving service delivery, and ensuring effective territory coverage and customer experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Jio Home Delivery (JHD) operations within JC operations.
- Supervise outbound channels to maintain high service levels for JHD customers.
- Recruit, train, and deploy outbound direct sales agents according to assigned targets.
- Monitor refresher training on JHD processes and product knowledge.
- Drive lead acceptance and lead delivery on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain JC-level master configurations on the JHD platform, including agents, stores, PIN codes, and products.
- Plan JC territories to ensure 100% manpower coverage.
