Job Description
Justdial Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive / Senior Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk sales positions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, managing offers and onboarding, maintaining recruitment MIS, and ensuring hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for bulk sales positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source suitable candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Profile Screening: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support recruitment requirements.
- Offer Management: Manage offer rollouts, candidate documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruitment MIS: Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment reports, and relevant MIS.
- Hiring Closures: Work towards timely recruitment closures in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; 2–5 years of experience in bulk hiring is preferred.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably for sales positions.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Experience coordinating with recruitment vendors and consultants is preferred.
- Willingness to work from Begumpet, Hyderabad.
