An experienced Key Account Manager – Logistics Operations is required for a logistics operations role based in Sholavaram, Chennai.
The role focuses on managing scalable logistics operations, large-scale warehouse and fleet operations, team performance, cost control, process excellence and client coordination.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-city and multi-state logistics operations.
- Manage large-scale warehouses ranging from 50,000 to 1,00,000 sq. ft. with high-volume throughput.
- Drive cost control and process excellence on-ground.
- Manage team performance, training and development.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Manage warehouse and fleet operations in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Support process implementation and operational improvement.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–10 years of relevant logistics operations experience.
- 3PL FMCG experience preferred.
- Experience in warehouse and fleet operations.
- Strong understanding of SLA and KPI management.
- Experience in team leadership and team development.
- Ability to manage large-scale warehouse operations and high-volume throughput.
- Strong client, vendor and internal stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to drive process implementation, cost control and operational excellence.
