Muthoot Finance Ltd. (Muthoot Group) is hiring enthusiastic and motivated MBA HR graduates from the 2026 batch for the position of Management Trainee – HR Talent Acquisition at its Lingarajpuram location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates, shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.

- MBA with an HR specialization.
