Job Description
Genpact is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Manager – FP&A in Noida. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, including team handling or team leadership experience.
The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and team management. Candidates comfortable working in a US shift and available to join immediately or within 45 days are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and interpret financial performance.
- Prepare and support financial reports for business decision-making.
- Use Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Manage team activities and coordinate work to meet reporting deadlines.
- Support planning processes and communicate financial insights to relevant stakeholders.
