Zepto is hiring an experienced Facilities and Maintenance professional for the role of Manager I – Facilities and Maintenance.
The role is part of the Facilities Management – Expansions function and involves managing facility operations, maintenance and repairs across clusters of dark stores and warehouses.
Candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur, Lucknow or Mumbai can apply.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance and repairs across a cluster of dark stores and warehouses.
- Drive preventive maintenance and ensure smooth, safe and efficient operations.
- Manage vendors, contractors, budgets and cost optimization.
- Ensure health, safety and statutory compliance across facilities.
- Handle emergency incidents and drive timely resolution.
- Lead and manage facility and maintenance teams.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management / Maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Jaipur, Lucknow or Mumbai.
