DataFlow Group is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join its Product Management team and help build technology-enabled verification and credentialing platforms that support global talent mobility. The role involves product strategy, roadmap execution, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, customer engagement, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps aligned with company growth, user feedback, and market demand.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX Design, Operations, and Business Strategy teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Data-Driven Execution: Define product success metrics, analyze user performance, and improve product retention and value.
- Customer-Centric Product Development: Engage with stakeholders and clients to translate pain points into product features.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage products from ideation and agile sprints through launch and post-release enhancements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of hands-on Product Management experience in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, user story writing, and sprint execution.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
