🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional credit operations to maintain a healthy loan portfolio and minimise delinquency.
- Oversee credit underwriting and appraisal across Prime and Affordable Housing Loan and LAP segments.
- Balance underwriting rigour with efficient turnaround times (TAT).
- Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of regional credit teams.
- Implement risk mitigation measures and maintain portfolio quality.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams to support effective credit decisions.
