🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong training delivery abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Jharkhand.
- Ability to drive learning initiatives and build team capability.
