📌 Job Description
JSW Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for an experienced Record to Report (RTR) professional to join its Finance & Accounting team in Bhubaneswar.
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report activities, financial closing, General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support and accounting compliance.
The position requires a Qualified CA with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) activities.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle General Ledger (GL) accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Review and analyse journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and MIS.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and open items.
- Support audit requirements and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls and statutory requirements.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closure of books.
- Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI and quality parameters.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified CA – Mandatory.
- 5–8 years of post-qualification / post-CA experience.
- Strong knowledge of RTR / GL accounting processes.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in a Shared Services / GBS / Finance Operations environment will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
