Genpact is hiring experienced professionals for a Senior Accounts Payable role based in Noida.
The role requires 9–15 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations, strong SAP knowledge, and proven experience in managing teams of 10–15+ members.
The position involves end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, process governance, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and driving team performance and operational excellence.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations.
- Handle PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
- Manage 2-Way and 3-Way invoice matching.
- Handle vendor management and reconciliation.
- Manage payment processing and controls.
- Support month-end closing and AP reconciliation.
- Drive process governance and SLA/KPI management.
- Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Drive process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder and client interactions.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Handle and manage a team of 10–15+ members.
