Mantri is hiring a Senior Engineer - Design / Project Architect with 3–5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects.
The role focuses on design coordination, consultant management, and site execution. The selected candidate will coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants, review technical submissions, resolve design-related site issues, and ensure that construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Monitor architectural execution at the site according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve site-related design issues and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure quality, drawing compliance, and timely delivery of project requirements.
- Assist in statutory approval coordination and maintain design documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Arch or M.Arch qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in Bengaluru residential projects is preferred.
