Chaayos is looking for a Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join its Head Office team in Ghitorni, New Delhi.
The role focuses on recruitment and requires an HR professional who is passionate about building great teams and experienced in managing end-to-end hiring, particularly for frontline and store-level positions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and store-level roles.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, job portals, referrals and walk-ins.
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.
- Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience managing hiring for frontline and store-level roles.
- Ability to build candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Experience coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage employee onboarding processes.
- Ability to close positions within defined TATs.
- QSR / F&B background preferred.
