Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. is looking for experienced and performance-driven hospitality professionals to join its team as Outlet Manager / Business Manager.
The role involves managing end-to-end restaurant outlet operations and business performance while driving sales, revenue, profitability and EBITDA. The selected candidate will also lead restaurant teams and ensure excellent guest experience, operational efficiency, hygiene and safety standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end outlet operations and business performance.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability and EBITDA.
- Manage P&L and control food and manpower costs.
- Lead, coach and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
- Monitor operational KPIs and achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards across the outlet.
- Support overall business performance and operational efficiency.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in the Restaurant / Hospitality industry.
- Strong exposure to P&L, EBITDA and business operations.
- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of sales, cost control and profitability.
- Experience in managing high-volume restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
