Himalaya Wellness Company is looking for an experienced FMCG Sales professional to join the team for Kolhapur as a Senior Sales Officer / Sales Officer - GT.
The role requires strong FMCG Personal Care and General Trade Sales experience, along with proven territory knowledge, team management capability, and the ability to drive primary and secondary sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive Primary and Secondary Sales across the assigned territory.
- Drive NPD business delivery and ensure effective new product launches.
- Ensure business hygiene and sales process discipline.
- Drive effective distribution and visibility across General Trade outlets.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Track and improve product availability and shelf visibility.
- Apply strong understanding of FMCG Sales fundamentals, terminologies and geography.
- Manage the sales team effectively and ensure strong market execution.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 5–6 years of relevant FMCG Sales experience.
- Strong FMCG Personal Care experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling Sangli Rural, Kolhapur Rural & Satara Rural territories is mandatory.
- Must have handled a team of Salesmen.
- Strong General Trade (GT) Sales experience.
- Strong geographical and market understanding of the assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of FMCG Sales fundamentals and terminology.
