📌 Job Description
Hiring experienced professionals for the position of Store Manager – Quick Commerce Operations. The role involves managing fast-paced dark store and online fulfilment operations, including retail operations, inventory management and team leadership.
The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely online order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, team productivity and compliance with operational standards.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end dark store operations, including inward, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure timely online order fulfilment while meeting delivery SLAs.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, GRN, stock reconciliation, cycle counts and shrinkage control.
- Lead and manage teams of pickers, packers, inward associates and delivery executives.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as order fill rate, dispatch TAT, inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Drive productivity, workforce planning and continuous process improvements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store, E-commerce, Warehouse, FMCG, QSR or Modern Retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management.
- Experience with WMS/OMS and Excel.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling perishable products or cold chain operations is an added advantage.
