India's leading quick-commerce industry is hiring Store Managers across multiple locations. Candidates with experience in quick commerce, dark stores, e-commerce, warehouse operations, FMCG, QSR, or modern retail are preferred.
The role is suited to professionals with hands-on experience in inventory management, WMS/OMS systems, Excel, team leadership, and day-to-day operations. Experience handling perishable products or cold-chain operations will be an added advantage.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support store or dark-store operations and day-to-day execution.
- Manage inventory and maintain stock accuracy.
- Use WMS/OMS systems and Excel for operational activities.
- Lead team members and support people management.
- Resolve operational issues through effective problem-solving.
- Apply relevant experience in quick commerce, warehousing, FMCG, QSR, or modern retail operations.
- Support perishable inventory or cold-chain operations where applicable.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a relevant operational field is preferred.
- Experience in quick commerce, dark stores, e-commerce, warehouse operations, FMCG, QSR, or modern retail.
- Hands-on knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with WMS/OMS and Excel.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Perishable-product or cold-chain experience is an added advantage.
