Genpact is currently hiring Talent Acquisition professionals for its Noida location.
The position requires 10–15 years of experience with mandatory experience in International Talent Acquisition. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, candidate engagement, leadership hiring, and team management.
The position follows an Australia Shift, and candidates with a notice period of more than 60 days are not eligible based on the stated requirement.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage International Talent Acquisition activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Manage relationships and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive sourcing and candidate engagement activities.
- Handle leadership hiring requirements.
- Manage and lead recruitment teams.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare relevant reports.
