📌 Job Description
Reliance Jio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Specialist / HRBP to join its team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in employee life cycle management (ELCM), HR operations, employee engagement, attrition and retention analysis, and performance management. Proficiency in SAP and other HR portals will be preferred.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-joining employee life cycle management activities.
- Ensure completion of induction and RFR as per the defined schedule.
- Complete HR operational tasks on time to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Execute performance management systems (PMS) within defined timelines and guidelines.
- Complete assigned field visits in accordance with company guidelines.
- Execute employee engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
- Build strong employee connections and support the resolution of employee issues and grievances.
- Maintain basic HR hygiene and support the Industrial Relations (IR) team on compliance issues.
- Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) for eligible employees as per company guidelines.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in HR from an AICTE-certified university.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in talent management.
- Experience in employee life cycle management, HR operations, employee engagement, attrition/retention analysis, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in using HR software; SAP and other HR portals preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple HR projects simultaneously.
