Flipkart is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Last Mile Operations to join its dynamic operations team in Bettiah / Gopalganj, Bihar.
The role involves supervising daily hub operations, managing shipment allocation, monitoring delivery performance, ensuring process compliance and leading team performance across last-mile operations.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily hub operations.
- Allocate shipments and manage team tasks.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
- Execute ERP transactions and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure SOP and process compliance.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Train, guide and manage team performance.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Last Mile Operations.
- Strong Last Mile Operations experience preferred.
- E-commerce / Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage process and performance requirements.
