Flipkart is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Hub Incharge in Fatehabad and Jhajjar, Haryana. Candidates with 3–4 years of experience in last-mile operations and a graduate degree are eligible to apply. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations and last-mile activities.
- Coordinate operational activities to support smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor hub-level processes and operational performance.
- Ensure effective coordination across last-mile operations.
- Support the execution of operational requirements at the assigned hub.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
- 3–4 years of experience in Last Mile Operations.
- MBA or B.Tech candidates will be preferred but are not mandatory.
- Prior Hub Operations experience is preferred.
- Local candidates from Fatehabad and Jhajjar will be given preference.
