Role Overview:
As per the available information, the role involves supporting billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining proper documentation in coordination with operations and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities (as shared):
Support customer service team with accurate and timely billing
Prepare and process invoices as per customer contracts
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for billing data
Validate and cross-check operational data before invoice generation
Maintain proper billing documentation and records
Ensure invoices are raised within defined timelines (TAT)
Resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams
Maintain billing MIS and reports
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in manual billing within 3PL / logistics / supply chain
Strong understanding of billing processes and documentation
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good coordination skills with internal teams
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance
Inter CA preferred
