Role Overview:
Based on the available information, the role focuses on managing quality operations, ensuring product standards, and maintaining process efficiency across the supply chain from vendor to end consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee quality operations and ensure standards are maintained
Analyze raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Monitor sampling procedures and quality reports
Ensure product quality from Collection Centres to Dark Stores
Train team members on quality specifications and processes
Conduct regular checks on hygiene and operational standards
Coordinate with ground teams to maintain process control
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology / Agriculture / Horticulture / Food Technology (preferred)
Good communication and listening skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
