Job Description
As part of the Selling Partner Identity Verification (SPIV) team at Amazon, you will work on analyzing seller account relationships and detecting fraudulent or related accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining marketplace trust and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain data pipelines & ETL processes ensuring accuracy
- Analyze complex seller account relationships and behavioral patterns
- Work closely with investigations teams, risk managers, and product teams
- Drive data-driven insights and reporting for decision-making
- Develop scalable solutions for detecting related seller accounts
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders and leadership
- Monitor and improve detection mechanisms and system performance
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings
About the Team
The SPIV (Selling Partner Identity Verification) team ensures seller authenticity and marketplace trust. It collaborates with:

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of advanced Excel skills (VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Array Functions)
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive business insights
- Experience influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
