Join the Selling Partner Trust & Store Integrity (TSI) team at Amazon and help protect customers, brands, and sellers from fraud and abuse.
As part of the SPIV (Selling Partner Identity Verification) team, you will:
- Detect and prevent fraudulent activities and bad actors
- Lead vendor investigations and risk-based decisions
- Use data-driven insights to strengthen marketplace integrity
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a risk mining culture and proactively identify fraud patterns
- Perform deep dives into root causes and risk gaps
- Create escalation paths and resolution frameworks
- Establish risk evaluation guidelines and SOPs
- Drive execution through stakeholder collaboration and workflow optimization
- Handle critical escalations and cross-functional communication
- Use SQL and data analysis to identify trends and risks
- Define and monitor risk tolerance levels across abuse types
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in:
- Risk Management
- Compliance / Audit
- Governance / Loss Prevention
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in program management & data-driven improvements
- Professional certifications in audit/risk/compliance
- Strong knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel
- Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
