Role Overview:
Based on the available information, the role involves managing maintenance operations, ensuring facility efficiency, handling vendor coordination, and maintaining safety and compliance standards within warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical assets such as Material Handling Equipment, conveyors, DG sets, chillers, and compressors
Manage facility infrastructure including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and AMC services
Identify cost-saving opportunities in maintenance and operations
Ensure compliance with safety standards including fire safety and hygiene
Support technical troubleshooting of machinery using manuals and drawings
Maintain documentation, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports
