π Key Responsibilities
- Lead fulfillment center (FC) operations and drive ownership culture
- Manage inventory and asset control for warehouse operations
- Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
- Collaborate with logistics and retail teams for optimization
- Implement new technologies and warehouse processes
- Ensure cost-effective fulfillment and operational efficiency
- Handle P&L accountability for warehouse operations
- Lead new FC setup and operationalization
- Train and mentor operations teams
- Maintain 5S and Lean management practices
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Experience in team handling and leadership roles
- Understanding of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
