PlacementWalla brings a great opportunity to join BigBasket (A Tata Enterprise) as a Store Supervisor / Store Incharge. This role involves managing store and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, and maintaining team performance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and warehouse operations
- Manage inventory, order processing, and dispatch
- Maintain documentation (GRN, stock logs, etc.)
- Train and monitor staff performance
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams
- Ensure SOP compliance and operational efficiency
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Logistics / Warehouse
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch workflows
- Experience with WMS / barcode scanners
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
