💰 Salary Details
- Assistant Team Lead (ATL): ₹2.25 – ₹2.50 LPA (Freshers Eligible)
- Team Lead (TL): ₹2.75 – ₹3.25 LPA (2–4 Years Experience)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma
- Freshers can apply for ATL role
- 2–4 years logistics experience required for TL role
- Basic knowledge of operations and logistics preferred
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage loading, unloading, and shipment stacking
- Supervise manpower and ground operations
- Handle inbound and outbound shipment flow
- Manage cash collection and reconciliation
- Oversee last-mile and mid-mile delivery operations
- Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance
- Handle volume surges and ensure smooth execution

- Rotational 9-hour shifts
