Flipkart is hiring Associates – Operations Support for its Dwarka, Delhi location. This role involves MIS reporting, customer experience support, backend operations, RCA coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and operational improvement activities within logistics and supply chain operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MIS reports for daily operations and customer experience metrics
- Handle blended operations including calling and backend operational tasks
- Coordinate and consolidate RCA reports for operational improvements
- Support high-quality operational execution using logical reasoning and analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Assist in process improvement and operational support activities
- Maintain operational records and reporting documentation accurately
- Travel occasionally for operational requirements and coordination activities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in operations support, logistics, or customer operations preferred
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Marketplace Operations, or Last Mile Logistics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Good aptitude and logical reasoning abilities preferred
- Ability to learn business processes and operational workflows quickly
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint mandatory
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills required
- Comfortable with blended operations including calling and backend tasks
