Flipkart Minutes is hiring Process Trainers for its East Zone operations. This role involves conducting training sessions, supporting warehouse and last-mile associates, monitoring trainee progress, and helping frontline teams perform effectively in fast-paced operational environments.

- Conduct training sessions for In-store and Last Mile associates
- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback
- Support frontline teams in warehouse and delivery operations
- Ensure associates understand operational processes and SOPs
- Maintain training records and progress reports accurately
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth training execution
- Travel between Flipkart Minutes stores for training activities
- Drive learning engagement and operational readiness of associates
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Prior experience in training or warehousing operations preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Comfortable speaking Bengali, English, and Hindi mandatory
- Must own a bike for commuting between Flipkart Minutes stores
- Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills required
- Ability to engage and support frontline operational teams effectively
- Willingness to travel locally for operational and training requirements
