- Monitor performance and conduct appraisals for team members
- Drive process improvements using Kaizen and lean techniques
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
