Amazon Client (Doorstep E-Commerce Enterprise) is hiring Fleet Managers for Last Mile Operations. This role involves managing end-to-end last mile delivery operations, driving rider performance, ensuring operational discipline, maintaining rider readiness, and achieving high delivery performance standards across assigned stores.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Last Mile operations for assigned stores
- Ensure ≥97% End-to-End operational performance
- Handle rider attendance management and operational readiness
- Conduct daily team huddles and operational briefings
- Manage rider grievances and support resolution activities
- Drive local rider sourcing and onboarding support
- Perform weekly rider asset and inventory checks
- Ensure process discipline and smooth delivery execution
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet management required
- Graduation mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets required
- Local language proficiency with basic English communication required
- Experience in last mile operations or rider management preferred
