- Manage daily fleet and last mile delivery operations
- Ensure smooth rider coordination and operational execution
- Monitor delivery performance and operational KPIs
- Handle rider attendance, engagement, and issue resolution
- Support onboarding and operational readiness activities
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth execution
- Drive operational discipline and process compliance
- Identify and resolve delivery and operational challenges quickly
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or last mile operations preferred
- Strong leadership and operational coordination skills required
- Ability to manage riders and on-ground operations effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced quick commerce environments
- Knowledge of delivery operations and process management preferred
- Basic knowledge of Excel and operational reporting will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle operational pressure and multitasking required
