π Key Responsibilities
- Handle OD and write-off customer collections efficiently
- Conduct field visits for customer follow-ups and recovery activities
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments and settlements
- Maintain collection records and recovery updates accurately
- Ensure timely collection and branch-level recovery targets
- Support operational and collection reporting activities
- Maintain professional customer interactions during field visits
- Follow company collection and compliance guidelines strictly
π Candidate Requirements
- Age between 20–35 years preferred
- Valid driving licence mandatory
- Ability to handle field collection activities independently
- Good communication and customer handling skills preferred
- Basic understanding of collection and recovery processes preferred
- Comfortable traveling within branch territories required
- Candidates may be assigned branches within 40–60 KM from residence
- Strong discipline and field execution mindset preferred
