π Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Human Resource Manager for Jaipur location to lead end-to-end HR functions at the branch level. The role involves managing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic HR partnership activities.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill branch hiring requirements
- Drive sourcing strategies and recruitment governance activities
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and offer-to-join ratio
- Collaborate with business leaders on manpower forecasting and workforce planning
- Manage complete employee lifecycle including onboarding and exits
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Resolve employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes
- Ensure HR policy adherence and statutory compliance management
- Drive CSR initiatives and branch communication programs
- Support overall branch HR operations and strategic HR initiatives
π Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR operations and HRBP roles required
- Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management required
- Experience in workforce planning and employee lifecycle management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities required
- Deep understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills preferred
