- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR experience required
- Experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills required

- Strong sourcing and candidate management abilities preferred
- Ability to achieve recruitment targets within deadlines
- Knowledge of logistics or operations hiring will be an added advantage
