DTDC Express Limited is hiring Executive – CRM professionals for its Ghaziabad location. The role involves customer relationship management, complaint resolution, customer engagement, sales support, MIS reporting, and coordination with calling and execution teams to ensure smooth business operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong and profitable customer relationships
- Oversee customer interactions handled by calling and execution teams
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keep customers updated about latest products and service offerings
- Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Conduct meetings to facilitate smooth execution processes
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions
- Prepare and submit MIS reports and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
- Monitor competitor offerings and report key market observations
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
- Experience in MIS reporting and stakeholder coordination preferred
- Good understanding of customer engagement and relationship management
- Ability to contribute to upselling and cross-selling activities
