Justdial Ltd. is hiring HR TMG / HRBP professionals for Noida location. The role focuses on strategic HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. π Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders and teams
- Drive talent management, workforce planning, and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and policy interpretation
- Lead performance management and career development initiatives
- Support organizational transformation and change management activities
- Partner with Learning & Development teams for capability building
- Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Utilize HR analytics and reporting for data-driven HR decisions
π Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of HRBP or Talent Management experience required
- Graduate / Post Graduate qualification required
- HR specialization preferred
- Strong experience in employee relations and talent management mandatory
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices required
- Experience with HR analytics and HR systems preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required
- Experience handling performance management and organizational development preferred
