🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–7 years of experience in logistics or last mile delivery operations required
- Graduate / Postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience managing multiple hubs or delivery stations preferred
- Strong knowledge of rider, vendor, COD, and SLA management required
- Good team handling and operational execution skills mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills preferred
- Local area knowledge of Valliyur / Marthandam preferred
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
