Flipkart is hiring Hub Incharge professionals for Last Mile Operations in Gurugram and Panipat. This role involves managing end-to-end hub operations, delivery execution, workforce handling, and ensuring seamless customer delivery experience.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete branch and last mile hub operations
- Handle collection, MIS reporting, and operational tracking
- Lead Customer Associates (Wishmasters) and Material Handlers
- Create and allocate daily routes and runsheets
- Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure SLA adherence
- Handle cash management and daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with vehicle and logistics service providers
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, SCM, e-commerce, or operations
- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA preferred
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Good problem-solving and customer-first approach
- Local candidates from Gurugram & Panipat preferred
