Prozo is hiring Inventory Managers / Senior Managers for its warehousing operations in Bhiwandi. This role involves managing inventory across multiple warehouses, ensuring accuracy, and driving process improvements in a fast-scaling logistics environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead inventory operations across 5–6 multi-client warehouses
- Ensure inventory accuracy, hygiene, and control end-to-end
- Drive cycle count adherence and execution planning
- Identify gaps using data and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with operations, tech, and client teams
- Travel across warehouses to ensure execution excellence
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in multi-client warehouse or 3PL environments
- Hands-on experience with WMS tools (Uniware, SAP, Unicommerce, etc.)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Ability to manage teams across multiple locations
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on execution
