Delhivery is hiring Last Mile Servicing (LMS) Associates for Bangalore location. The role involves handling consignee interactions, resolving shipment-related issues, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in quick-commerce and e-commerce delivery operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consignees through calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve shipment-related queries including tracking, delays, lost, or damaged packages
- Conduct RCA for delivery failures and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvements
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports highlighting trends and insights
- Ensure professional, empathetic, and customer-focused interactions
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi required
- Regional language skills will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities required
