Rapido is hiring Cluster Managers for Bangalore location. The role involves managing multi-hub operations, driving operational efficiency, leading field teams, improving customer satisfaction, and owning cluster-level performance and profitability across logistics and mobility operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple hubs within the assigned cluster
- Drive operational KPIs, efficiency, and profitability targets
- Lead, train, and develop supervisors, coordinators, and driver teams
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with fleet, logistics, and customer support teams
- Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality standards

π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field required
- MBA qualification will be preferred

- Understanding of Tier-3 city operations and local market dynamics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytics tools preferred
