- Spearhead Sortation Centre Central and Zonal Operations for Flipkart
- Plan, design, and operationalize new sortation centers
- Monitor Mother Hub operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive shop-floor operations and large team management
- Optimize operational processes and logistics performance
- Work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations Heads
- Review and improve distribution network efficiency
- Ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and productivity targets

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sortation Center operations required
- Strong experience in logistics and supply chain operations preferred
- Experience in Mother Hub or large warehouse operations required
