Amazon is hiring a Manager II – Operations for its Amazon Now / GSF Fresh Hub team in Mumbai. This role focuses on warehouse and supply chain operations, operational excellence, process improvement, cost optimization, and customer experience management across Amazon’s grocery and fast-delivery network.

- Manage operational performance across warehouse and fulfillment processes
- Drive quality, productivity, customer experience, and cost efficiency initiatives

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience can also qualify
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations preferred
- Experience in operational excellence and process optimization preferred
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and productivity improvement techniques preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays required
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills preferred
