Tata 1mg is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Manager / Senior Manager – Supply Chain Design & Strategy in Gurgaon. This role focuses on large-scale network design, supply chain optimization, operational strategy, process excellence, and building scalable systems for Tata 1mg’s fast-growing healthcare e-commerce ecosystem.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution networks
- Drive network expansion planning and capex evaluation initiatives
- Build scalable supply chain workflows for new business initiatives
- Improve OTIF, fill rates, inventory turns, and fulfillment efficiency
- Lead productivity improvement and cost benchmarking initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Business, and Operations teams
- Build analytical dashboards and data-driven decision models
- Drive automation projects, pilot launches, and process stabilization activities
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategy roles preferred
- Strong experience in network modelling and process design required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills mandatory
- Advanced Excel knowledge required; SQL/BI tools preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities required
- B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes will be an added advantage
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or healthcare supply chain preferred
