DTDC is hiring an Assistant Channel Manager (ACM) for its Moradabad location. This role focuses on franchisee management, channel sales, business expansion, branding initiatives, customer relationship management, and strategic channel development within the logistics and transportation industry.
π Key Responsibilities
- Expand business reach by networking and developing new channel opportunities
- Coordinate with existing clients and franchises to ensure operational efficiency and satisfaction
- Drive business growth and support competitive sales initiatives
- Handle branding initiatives to attract new franchise partners
- Create and implement franchise growth roadmaps and sales strategies
- Support franchises in resolving customer issues and CRM-related activities

- Graduate in any discipline with 5–6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation industry preferred

- Strong networking and business development abilities preferred
- Experience handling branding and sales support initiatives will be an added advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills required
