Wipro is hiring a Manager – Talent Acquisition for its Pune location. The role focuses on lateral hiring strategy, recruitment planning, candidate experience management, recruitment operations, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment team leadership to support business hiring requirements effectively.
π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business hiring targets
- Understand business projections, hiring demands, and skill requirements
- Create sourcing strategies and recruitment drive calendars
- Manage candidate engagement and improve joining ratios
- Ensure superior candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Train and mentor recruiters on communication, compliance, and hiring protocols
- Drive execution of recruitment operations and hiring milestones
- Monitor recruiter productivity, hiring metrics, and dashboard performance
- Conduct HR interviews for senior-level candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, salary ranges, and audit standards
- Review background verification MIS and proactively resolve compliance issues
- Publish recruitment MIS and coordinate with leadership teams regularly
- Handle team onboarding, performance management, retention, and engagement
- Forecast hiring requirements and ensure adequate resource planning
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment operations required
- Strong understanding of lateral hiring and recruitment planning preferred
- Experience handling recruiter teams and hiring operations preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Experience in MIS reporting and recruitment analytics preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, salary benchmarking, and hiring SLAs preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities required
- MBA HR or equivalent qualification preferred
